Recently in my HR group, one friend received Labour notice regarding to submit Attendance Register, Leave Card, and asked for notice of daily wages on notice board. Here question is He is working in the IT company in Gujarat Shop and establishment. They are maintaining record in Electronic Forms Leave,Attendance.
Kindly reply how to respond to the Labour department in this regard.
