Sir I resigned from an organisation at that time I have 70 el now company denying to encased 70 el they are going to give only 40 .is there is any rule for keeping 30 el with company

Leave policy is an internal policy of the company guided by the Statutory laws. Any company which is giving leaves over and above the statute, the Company Leave policy prevail.
Hence, the Company has every right to follow the Company Leave Policy. Please check the Leave policy of the Company.

Hi,
(11) If the employment of a worker who is entitled to leave under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2), as the case may be, is terminated by the occupier before he has taken the entire leave to which he is entitled, or if having applied for and having not been granted such leave, the worker quits his employment before he has taken the leave, the occupier of the factory shall pay him the amount payable under section 80 in respect of the leave not taken, and such payment shall be made, where the employment of the worker is terminated by the occupier, before the expiry of the second working day after such termination, and where a worker who quits his employment, on or before the next pay day.
(12) The unveiled leave of a worker shall not be taken into consideration in computing the period of any notice required to be given before discharge or dismissal.

Vijay,
The respective State Shops Act provides for maximum permissible PL accumulation, which in most case is 2 years leave. Hence, depending on the State you are in, 42 may be right, over & above which the leaves may lapse as per company policy. Actually your company should not have shown 70 days PL to your credit at the first place itself, which is causing this confusion. They should have lapsed any leaves beyond 42. In my existing company also we have the limit of 42 PL which can be encashed at the time of exit.
