You can start "cash reward" system for referral scheme.
For junior level say Rs.1500/-
For middle level say Rs.2500/-
For senior level say Rs.3500/-
They can receive this cash reward if that referred employee get selected & he remains with the company at least for 3 months, after 3 months they are eligible to receive the cash reward.
This is just a rough suggestion you can try out.
