Hello Guys!
I have a friend who has 3-4 years of experience in core it and non-it recruitments. she wants to make a career progression in recruitments only. To get an edge above other recruiters, she wants to know if there is any certificate or course which she can do to enhance her skills and also stand out amongst other recruiters? we know there are abundant of them..thats why!
Any ideas??

Unfortunately, we don't have any recruiter specific certification available in India which can get a good ROI in the job market. There are certifications available like AIRS which are more in use in the US market.
You will find many recruiter certification courses available in India on the internet but I have my doubts regarding their saleability in the job market as that is what your friend is looking for.
She can go in for the HR certification courses offered by HR Certification Institute & SHRM.
