All..
I gave resign on dated 10.09.2012 due to my coo suppress me (he wanted to creat his own team)...but on dated 11.09.2012 the completion of my 3 month notice period he did not relieved me as there was
no one to look after the plant.....he assure me salary hike & promtion in next increament...i too agreed due to some reasons...he pretended to tear a piece of paper as my resign letter ...all these happened in betn me & coo no involvement of hrd......but after passage of one month he showed me the resign letter again and started harrassing me to relieve me on that resign lettrr...as i had not mentioned date..& said me to put date as per his desire & relieve me.he force me to do the things i did not want....i asked him to return the resign letter & also informed in hrd about the same but thing gone vain....when i objected on 07.05.2013 for a certain work in my domain. I got a call from hrd that my resign period is completed & relieved today...when I seen my the letter it was my ol

Hello Yogiraj,
It was very unfortunate to have learnt a lesson so hard way.
I would say that the coo is at fault to have blackmailed you and used your letter to his advantage, but the matter of the fact is, he was in a position to do so as you never mentioned a date on the letter.
Anyway what is done is done.
Have you signed on your resignation letter?
What was the reason stated in that letter?
Is this resignation over a plain paper or over an email as well?
Have the HR mentioned you about your relieving over just a call or have they drafted you an email or letter?
Please provide complete details.
And ensure henceforth, to include date on whatever formal documents you are to handover to whomsoever.

How about your signature?
And from your post -
You sent resignation on 10th September.
And you are mentioning in the next statement that you were not relieved on 11th September after completion of your 3 month's notice period since there was no one to look after the plant.
I do not know if this is a typing error or a serious goof up.
Secondly,
How is it that you gave your resignation only to COO? Don't you think such matters are to be reported to HR as well?
Third,
Because you never kept HR in the loop, I doubt how much of your story would be believed.
On the other hand if you might have kept the HR in loop, you could have written a cancellation of resignation on the grounds of negotitation between you and coo.
The reason that people are now using dual reporting is so that we can avoid the misuse of the either party by the other.
I am still doubtful of the actual scenario.

01 )....I had given resign on dated 10.09.2012 to coo which he did not forwardedd to hrd & kept it to his drawer, on the completion of 3 months notice period ...on date 11.12.2012 .....I did not repoted to my duty as i completed my resign periodbut was called by my boss gmt to meet coo.....
02 )....i also reported the matter to hrd verbally. .....& when coo again showed my resignation then also I disscussed the things in hrd...he said me regularly that he did not received my resignation....
03 )....I did everything to save my job except to get back my resignation as it was not in my hand...I made video clips of coo , my boss gm tech, hrd people acceptiong the thing going wrongbut are helpless
Typing and other inconveniece regretted ...I m not Mobile typing friendly

Hello yogesh,

Why did you not talk to HR or COO in those 3 months about the status of your resignation?

Did you assume that they will relieve you?

Since there is nothing written, we cannot prove anything.

Secondly why had you resigned firstly? What was the reason mentioned in your resignation letter?

Who did not recieve your resignation?

If it is the HRD who told you that your first resignation was not given to him, you should have taken the HR to COO and should have got the matter clarified.

Your this statement is unclear.

What do you mean by doing everything to save your job?

You resigned and submitted your resignation to coo.

You never felt the need to enquire about the status or get the things clear.

After three months when the coo called you and struck a deal that you shall be appraised you decided to join back.

Is this what you mean to say that you did everything to save your job? Because from your post only so much is clear. I cant deduce what YOU DID to save the job.

Sorry to be blunt but I am unable to understand your post as it is too open to be directed the way one wishes to think.

Dear Yogesh,
Pls approach to local Assistant Commissioner of Labour, if your firm is registered and having licence, and submit a letter to him, be specific and mention that you have not received any letter from the management towards acceptance of your resignation and ask them to do the needful.
But better try for fresh job. You cannot change this world...You should think twice before submitting resignaton letter and one has to be careful while dealing with TOP management, they do not find time / value to think about your problems. Smartness is not required while rendering sincere and hard work. Cite HR is allowing the user to EDIT after posting. Seniors will feel bad about unwanted / immatured postings in this CiteHR.

Dear sir
I have done what you suggested today itself.....but they said me that executive are not govern by labour court ...they resisted for some time then they said to change my profile of manager to worker....then only they agreed. ....same thing is written in my bond papers

Dear sir
I could not understand the meaning of " dont leave yr ACL"........now the company eould ask me to vacate the accomodation provided to me....should I vacate the accomodation immeediately...

Please write a letter to management that since your resignation is not accepted you are withdrawing it immediately and will continue to work.
