1. We are from Electrical contractor we are working on different types of industries, residential and commercial buildings Electrical work throughout Karnataka, so which zone minimum wage need to pay to employees please suggest.
2. Presently we are paying below pay breakup and 2022 planned breakup but it little different from Present if we pay to emp any legal issue or ok please suggest.

If there is a complain by any of the workers, the authorities will disallow it and may initiate prosecution against the company.

Under most of the labour laws, you aren't allowed to reduce statutory dues by restructuring the salary. You can do it if there is a genuine reason, for example the authorities may accept (but unlikely) that the HRA needs to increase as you can not get even a basic home.

I suggest that you take care of the new structure by change at the time of increment. During that time, you can slowly increase HRA till the ratios are stabilised.
