I am working with a well known retail organisation.
I have recently joined here and the first assignment given to me is to design a joining kit for all frontline staff.
Can we all pls. share some ideas on what all things / articles can be given as a joining kit gesture.
Please note I am not looking for any forms / formats as part of joining kit as they are already in place.
I am looking for suggestions for things / articles for my frontline staff which comprises of 98% women & only 2% men.

As you said you are working with retail organization. So, Following things can be given to specifically front line staff as joining kit.
1) Uniform & Shoes (Subject to company dress code policy)
2) Name Tag / ID Card / Punching Card / Conditional-Access card
3) Dairy / Note Book / Register
4) Pan / Pencil /
5) Belonging for particular job , Example : Measurement Tap for apparels outlet.
You can add or delete items as per nature of job the front-line staff is performing.
