Dear All,
In my current organisation my salary for last two months is still pending. As I have decided to put down my papers by serving notice a per terms and conditions of my Appoitment Letter so how should I process so that it can be ensured that my my pending salaries and other dues are cleared with my final settlement. Is there any such community where I can address such service related issues?
Please suggest me on the same.

hello DG,
not knowing the entire details of the situation in which u are these days, not getting your salay cleared is a ofcourse problem, but without getting into a legal suit u should put your full efforts in coommunicating your stand point to the agency concerned and obtaining replies from there side in black and white, might this communication result in clearance otherwise it will help u putting your case strongly before the labour court.....
all the best

Dear Mr. Shivendra,
At the outset thanks for your such a prompt reply. I will ofcourse communicate in details and mention everything in my resignation letter and ask them to clear everything in my final settlement. But there could be a situation where they might skip my salary as the company is in financial crunch and so my name might not be into the priority list as I am going out. So to be on the safer side I was asking for some suggestions to strengthen my ground.

hello mr sapidg,
really u have got less no of replies from the sides of the experts, anyways, why do you want to resign? the details you have provided it seems very hasteful decision to put your side in such an aggression, it seems you have had some hot conversation between you and your management, i think your focus area should be just getting your money reasonably even if u have another job in your hands, you can not put them a legal catch alone, you too have to get fully indulged into it, would you not think it requires an additional deel of energy, if they are wrong leave them just after final settlement, an aggresive mode of conversation will weaken your side in case you have to get entangled in a law suit.........
one thing more, no one can deny your money even after a simple resignation letter, though it might be made late... if you have signed a joining letter at the time of joining, the legal entanglement comes into play only if a party refuses to comply with the clauses mentioned in it........... but resign only if you have something in your hands,
neverthless if you want it that way please send me the details of the documents you signed while joining over the id ,
