I was wondering if one does not have a software to make salary statement, especially a small enterprise with 200 to 250 employees.
Then how do you generate the salary statements of 250 employees. Its not possible to type the statement for 250 seperately.

I can help you on specially subject on the Employees provident Fund & ESIC if your establishment ready for that.
Now this is the time for sending annual returns for the provident fund before 30 April. It is a difficult job to make 200-250 employees annual return manually. If you are doing that work or should start within days you can understand how it is difficult.

I agree with mohit reply.
If u familiar with mail meger in MS-word, then use mail maerge, this is the best way for making salary slip for your employees, it's a one time effort & u need not to type the statement for 250 people seperatly.
