What Statutory Compliance's you were doing in Manufacturing are all Applicable, there are few exceptions.Being an experienced Employee, you should give Total Number of Employees Employed? What is the nature of activity? NGO is presently registered under Which Acts, What Laws are already in force

I am V.Murali, member in cite hr team. There is specific exceptions from employments laws for NGOs. 200 is really good count. I can guide you. I have 33 years of work experience in HR domain and I got experience of working in a NGO which runs Schools and Colleges. If your management feels to have a senior in the team, I do not mind to give a try. Pl revert.

Hi everyone,
I have been appointed as administrative manager in an Flex printing company named as ray brand communication pvt ltd in bhopal (M.P) recently. I was asked to set up new HR and admin department here. All my experiences are in Manufacturing industries as a HR Executive and this is a new set up for me.
I dont know from where to start what are the statutory things to be done here and how set up the things here .
Payroll is done by accounts with mistakes , no leave rules and other admin works are done in bits and pieces across the departments
There are around 30-40 employee on roll and 100 employee as contract basis .
Issue is that no one came on time and the employee who is absent get a full salary and who came regular is getting a same salary , no monitoring done by the authorized people .
This is the situation and kindly help in setting up effective HR and admin department here.
