Currently we have a vacancy as GM/Head-HR with our clients who are a leading, professionally managed, highly respected, rapidly expanding, Fortune-500 MNC global manufacturing organistion - World leaders in their field. The position is based in Mumbai and reports to the CEO.
Job profile: This is a challenging HR assignment and will involve strategising and implementing all HR systems & policies in the organisation.
Key Accountabilities:
* Act as the business partner for the business to ensure the smooth running of the business by providing people strategies , giving advice and support necessary to build organization capabilities
* Execute and deliver HR services which cover management of staff movements (recruitment) , rotations and developmental assignments (transfer , secondment) ; coaching and advising the management and staff o! n performance management issues (PDP); and managing compensation and promotion matters as well as termination and separations,training and develpment,talent bank reviews,succession planning.
* Ensure the local expatriate policy is in alignment with the global policy.Oversees the expatriates administration include the overall xpat,relocation,housing,visas,taxes,transfer package and etc.
* Facilitate the cultural change program and ensure the action group is taking necessary action of moving to the desired state through giving feedback,recommend various action plans to the management team.
Improve the communication at the site between management and employees and across functions within the business in the region and globally as needed
* Improve HR infrastructure programs and processes by working closely with the global HR Shared Services organization to leverage "best practices" from within and outside of the organisation
Candidate profile:MBAs/Engineers with 9-15 years excellent experience in HR/IR/personnel with 3-5 years in a leadership role. Experience in manufacturing industry is desirable
