I HAD RECENTLY JOINED IN A SOFTWARE CONSULTANCY AS A IT RECRUITER WORKING FROM LAST 1 MONTH
PREVIOUSLY WORKED AS A NON IT RECRUITER
PROBLEM IS :
THE ORGANIZATION IS NOT CO OPERATING.
THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING ANY DATA BANKS
THEY ARE GIVING THE REQUIREMENTS AND ASKING ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE AT THE END OF THE DAY HOW MANY SELECTED
IN MY PREVIOUS COMPANY I USED TO WORK ON JOB BOARDS
IN SOURCING SCREENING THE PROFILES
NOW NO JOB PORTALS
AND I AM UNABLE TO GET THE PROFILES
PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO ?

Discuss all these issues with your immediate reprting officer now otherwise it may be late.If you would not approach for discussions now then at a later stage you would not probably in a situation to defend your position.JUST GO AHEAD AND LET ME KNOW THE OUTCOME.

i already raised this issue in my office for the same
now they are saying that they are not in position to take the job portals
if i want to continue to work with them they are offering me to work in night shifts for us requirements
as of i joined recently here
i cant make a change now
what should i do
waiting for the replies

As you said its just one month so move on to a better company... Non of the consultancy ask you to work without portals..

I would suggest, that you must ask for the data bank generation. Here you can talk to your senior on how the generate the data bank if the company is not providing the job portal, since you are on probation as its only 1 month you can ask for guidance.
Or else ask for the old datas which the company might have.
or ask to know how the other person at your place use to work, this you can know from seniors, colleagues etc and try to know from each, before coming to any conclusion.
at the end, you can place your post at citehr here for the various requirements at your company with the permission of you seniors and citehr owners.
