If A employee working two companies one company his working 8 hours duty getting more than 15000 / Pm so he is not eligible for ESI .
But he working another company as a part time work salary of getting 8000 p.m . So he is eligible for ESI.

The law in india relating to factories very clearly specifies that duel employment and double shift working is not permitted. A person can work for 2 companies part time but not if one of them is full time.
So,the rest of the question is probably moot.
