Dream and Goals are to some extent Synonymous.
We always aim high and dream and wish to be a part of a Fortune 500 company.
But how many of us know which are the Fortune 500 Companies. We have a Goal for ourself but still we don’t know what and where is the Goal.
Goals should be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time bound. This means that we do not have a SMART Goal. So now atleast let us proceed towards converting our blind Goal into a SMART Goal.
Here is an attempt to atleast know where is our Goal.
