I recently joined a company about three weeks back and then realized that the role which they had discussed with me is absolutely not what is expected of me now. I have 15years of exp in the industry and i really understand what exactly it would mean to continue in this organization. I have discussed this with my manager and he said that the digital stuff is still at a very nascent stage and will take atleast 1 year to be ready. He has asked me to do other stuff in the meantime. This is extremely frustrating. I have another offer and I intend to join them. I will be resigning officially but i dont know whether these guys will release me or not.
1. Will i face any issues if I join the other organization without a proper relieving from this present org?
2. Should I disclose about this short stint to the next employer? I do not intend to show this in my CV anyday
3. Since the UAN will not be update by this company will i face any issues during salary processing?
4. Is there anyway my next company will know about this short stint of mine in this present organization?

Tackle this issue in nice and smart way.Speak to the management and tell them that my role is not commensurate with the skills.Being away from main job for which you are skilled can make you loose cutting edge of your profession.
Put this to your company in this perspective and seek exit on honourable terms.
Analyse the worst case scenario if they are not amenable and you have to quit without papers.
That depends on the duration of work with present company and how big a gap in CV will be there.
UAN,Transfer of PPF to current employer,ESIC etc need to be considered.
If your stint is very short then evaluate things from your perspective and then act after you confirm that company is not ready to give you a decent exit.
