Hi. Have you quit your job and are now looking for a new one? If not, then there's no reason to get worried. Update your profile on the job portal and be consistent and persistent in job search.
In the meanwhile, keep at your current job. Why are you getting worried?

I am currently working in an SMB .Here we have to tell in advance that we are starting to look out so that company can start searching for a replacement . Once i get an offer,i am supposed to serve a notice period of 2 months and send the resignation letter.
Company seems to have found a replacement for me.But i haven't got a an offer in hand. That is why i am worried. Not that company will ask me to go but There is an inner feeling that i have started to become a burden which make me worried.

Dear Nikhil, I have gone thru your resume, although you have done your complete study in flying colours, and have ample experience also, but these all are required by larg employee bases Firms / Companies / Organisations. Very frankly, you never gave a thought what after certain age, or in case of recession, you never equipped for that, i.e. you have time to go in for short term courses in Computerised operation of PF ;/ ESIC/ Payroll software - Excel based, Labour Compliances etc. Which you can at present also, so that you can employed in mid - category Employers for better pay and designation. Wish you goodluck!

Hi. I don’t understand what do you mean by an SMB. And this sytem of informing of looking for a new job seems a bit unheard of. Atleast to me.

SMB is small and medium business . I know that the separation process in our company is not at par with what is followed as a standard. But this is a family run business and when they insist to follow a particular process, which was ofcourse not mentioned in appointment letter,we are forced to go by it.Such an attitude is one of the reasons for me to leave the job.
If i go to the court ,i may have an upper hand, but to be frank i don't want to go for all that hassles. Also what if i am given a bad reference by the employer. This can become a permanent blot in my career.I just want to get out of this somehow.Hope you can understand.
