Have you resorted to WFH and any 'Appraisal holiday' is being thought of as many of the units didn't work during lockdown periods and other restrictions were applied in movement of your staff?
Did you consider revising your KRA/KPA & KPI norms during last 6-7 months of pandemic? And the targets parameters ?
