My employer had paid 30% salary during the lockdown period for a month(april). And then not given salary for may. Now they have marked pl for april for which they have paid 30%. Thus exhausting my entire pl till next year. Is it legal?
I work in the hotel industry. And according to my employer administrative department "work from home" will not be considered for lockdown. Then why was I made to work on mails etc during lockdown?
