Good day to all! I am new in this site/group and I am seeking for your professional expertise to help me arrive with a training questionnaire where an on-the-job trainee (student) could evaluate the training program (company) that they had in the company.
We would like to enhance our OJT program for the students in a biomedical industry for us to be able to provide future student trainees a better OJT experience and program and also to strengthen our partnership with the academe.
