I need all ur help. our company has constituted a EWC (employee welfare committee) recently and we need to look into various welfare schemes, cultural activities, sports, get-togethers etc . The first step is to collect employee suggestions & then see feasibility of the suggestions.
Can someone help me by suggesting:
(a) the best way to collect employee suggestions (we have three branches at Bangalore) like questionnaire etc
(b) What are the innovative schemes that can enrich work environment and improve emplyee participation in work place.
Plz help.
