In a star classified hotel (4*) which minimum wages act applied. Is it star hotels' minimum wages(SRO 793/2011) or hotel canteen restaurants' minimum wages(SRO 785/2016). Now we were given the second one. Pls, clarify.

If you come under Star classified hotel, obviously, you have to follow the minimum wages of star hotels and not the one applicable to hotels and restaurants.
