I am newly appointed in a manufacturing industry... previous HR person left it from last 6 month and from there onward they haven't paid PF contribution. Now when I tried to login online on PF website with the given user name & password by that previous person concern,I couldn't do it as it disclose the msg on website, of wrong user id & password & when I get contacted with that previous HR person he said that user Id & password always getting change every after 6 month....
So frnds Is it So?
If Yes then what is procedure to get it...?
And
If not the what procedure I should follow...?
Plz guide...................

I am appreciate your Deal with this kind of critical time , Here i mention two types of ways to get a user name and password
1. click forgot password link . it automatically send password to register mail id and mobile no
2.else go and talk with local pf office , they will ask one request letter in company letter pad , They will do need full one

Better you can approach to PF office to get all kind of information. Since your company not made the contribution since from 6 months .

Remember one thing userid will never change if you change manuvally only it will change.
password will change every three months, that also asking at the time of login.
now you know the mobile number which is registered in online than go through the forget password.
