I have worked in BSNL for 10 Yrs and 7.5 Months. My Basic=21340, DA=13124 and HRA=4268. I have resigned from my job.
By this post, your good self is requested to kindly guide me for the following:
1) I have calculated the Gratuity as Rs.218714, Is that right?
2) I have 201 E/L\'s. How many of them will be encashed and by which formula.
3) I am deducting Rs.105/= as group insurance, how much i will be getting back?
4) Any other benefit which i am eligible to get?
Please solve my query.

Gratuity = Last monthly Wages x 15 x years of completed service
Note:-
(i) Wages = Basic Wages + DA
(ii) Maximum gratuity payable = 10, 00,000/-
ie 34464 x 15 x 11 divided by 26 = 218714
So regarding Gratuity your calculation is correct.
Regarding the other benefits I will be able to reply if you could send me the Govt Order regarding voluntary retirement Scheme.
