I have completed MBA in hr and marketing on 2010. After that I was working in Saudi Arabia for 3 years as an hr coordinator in a fast food chain. Then I got govt job and been working for 4 years. My current job has nothing to do with hr or any managerial thing. I wish to get back to HR. So please help me what I have to do? Is there any courses to strengthen my mba?
