Hi, I am a digital marketing professional and i have joined with my new employer(USA based) on FEB 12' 2020. During this COVID-19 out break, we all were advised to take work from home since march 10. On 02-04-2020 , HR of this company made a phone call and told me i was terminated from the company due to my low performance as directed by the CEO of the Company. They haven't given any warning or indication or anything during my work period. When i tried mailing CEO regarding what exactly is the reason of my termination, they disabled my official mail ID and account and i couldn't no longer able to login further. So i mailed this CEO from my personal mail, and he replied back telling that "the content am creating is not up to the standard " so in this case they have decided for my termination. I have got my salary of this month, but the thing is during this severe COVID 19 situation, i can't look for any new job and this termination was without any notice period. I would like to know what i have to do in this situation. Hoping for valuable suggestions.

To give an honest answer, kindly look for another job.
No legal remedy can give you timely relief.
Your problem is genuine that no notice is given.
I am sure there was notice period specified in your appointment order.
MY only suggestion would be look around and in the meantime improve your skills in your field and use the sudden breakage from work to strengthen your job skills in constructive manner.
Wish you all the best.
