i have changed my name legally and i have a new passport as a proof for same.
can somebody tell me how to get name changed in PF account.
from some previous threads , i could read that my employer needs to give a request for same.
i am not able to find any official document or statements from PF website on this topic.
can some one help me please ...

Ankit,
You have to submit name change requisition letter to your current employer along with necessary proof. The employer has to send the name change intimation letter along with attested copy of your proof of name change to EPF Commissioner.
