i was terminated which was later converted to resignation & have wrongly claimed dues from me which i countered.what to do?I doubt they even sent my PF form to EPF office.My application got rejected twice by EPF when i applied on my own-but it was due to being incomplete & i dont know the exact reason as i haven't received their rejection letter even once.

use epfindia website(know your claim status).Usually it takes 2 months but official time frame is 3 months.Check whether your application has been rejected.Check with HR deptt or alternatively file RTI to know claim status.
