I was working for a company named Applied Cloud Computing and after 8 months during lock down I decided to resign from the company because company seems to be phishy me to as they have not provided me any offer letter or joining letter even after 8 months of joining. I use to follow up with them but they just kept saying its in process and will give me soon but they didnt until I resigned.
And after submitting my formal resignation I was hopping that they will revert back and ask me to serve a notice period of whatever days.
But instead HR called and said that I have to sign a two year bond with the company and also have to submit my orginal marksheet then only they will provide expereince letter and that also after 2 years else they wont give any documents.
Anyway moving forward I joined other company and during BGC the Applied Cloud Computing confirmed that I worked there but also stated that I absconded (which I didn,t as I have formally submittes my resignation and aslo submitted all company belongings back to them via courier).
Shell I take any action on the company and hr who are defaming
me and ruining my career?
