I work in an autoparts manufacturing company, and we have 2 shifts for shop level employees. We use biometrics to record attendance and have made it flexible for them to change shifts as and when required. There is no shift roaster. But we face a lot of problem at the end of the month when preparing the salary. Our time and attendance software dosen't seem to be useful for multiple and continuously changing employee shifts. Is there any software which can track changes in shifts, so that it is easy to calculate total working hours and overtime?
