Dear All,
Am working as Sr.HR executive in a Pvt ltd firm,Currently doing End to end recruitment for Non IT , Employee Engagement activities , Administration , No opportunities to work on real time Payroll Management System & Performance management system . I Posses 3.5 years of Total exp Now looking for a change now also planning for a certification kindly suggest what certification will boost my career profile.
I attendant an interview with Reputed MNC last year i went through all around , On final Round a question from HR - have you done any certification Program ? I said No !!!
What Industries are Look from a HR Professionals ??? Kindly suggest me how to improve my Salary scale as well as Learning Opportunities

Can you please mention your current qualification?
Also, A diploma in HRM would work well.
Alternatively if you are looking for a particular vertical to focus on then you can can opt for specialized courses into payroll, soft skill training, etc.
There are distant learning for HRM diploma/certificate courses as well.
