Hi Rak,
The Draft Standing Orders of a manufacturing industry are attached for the benefit of you and all other friends who require this information. While this is not a rigid document, this can be modified as per the requirements of an industry and employees but these are the normal guidelines that are being followed by many industries in drafting Standing Orders.

Hi,
Please go to any law book shop and ask for Industrial Employment Standing Orders Act. You can refer to the model standing orders provided in the Act and familiarize yourself with the procedure for getting the Standing Orders certified.

Dear All,
Please clarify that in the absence of any standing order (in case of the company is under construction and production is not taking place) what would be the course of action of HR person till standing orders are framed. What kind rules, regulations and procedure to be followed till the time standing orders are not framed.
