Dear Sir/Madam,vI have worked for an MNC company. I joined the company as a fresher and bond for 2 years. I had worked for the company for 1 year and 4 months. I had some issues with my manager of leaves. Later Hr got involved and asked me to put down my papers if I do so then I will receive my relieving letters and also 3 months salary. I complied with them and resigned on 12th Jan and my resignation was accepted on the same day.

Despite clearing all the dues from all the departments I have not received my relieving letter. I have followed it and raised multiple tickets and the reply was that my bond is pending hence will not issue the letters. I have reached out to Hr directly over email but haven't received any response. I am in dire need of relieving letter from my current company. Please guide me on How to proceed from this point.

Probably you entered into a trap set up by the officials. You have resigned before completion of bond period. So there are dues against you without which the relieving order cannot be issued.
The only recourse as it appears is to follow up with the company officials and seek your relieving order. May be you have to meet your department authorities and request for their personal intervention. Though HR is blamed in all such situations, but HR can only follow the departmental authorities and may not have much to offer.
