Hallo friends n seniors..............:)

I m doing MBA - 3rd semm (HR). Can you please guide me? Our college doesn't provide placement facilities. So, we have to look for jobs ourselves.
Accordingly, I wanted to register my name in a consultancy . But there they asked me da kind of job-profile i want. Truelly speaking, I dont hav any idea what would b best for a fresher in HR. So, I opted for admin. profile .
I know dat its tough for a fresher to find a good job. And has to start in any consultancies. I m confused . Now you plz advise me which job-profile should i opt for so that i can get good calls from these consultancies, & helps in my career growth.

Plz help........

Your Story Appears To Be Bollywood Film Story Because :
No Logicical Connection In Consultancy To Offer You Work Experience Kind Of Exposure.
2nd For Free Placement In Hr Dept To Learn In Any Industry Just One Introduction Letter From Your Institute Is Enough.
Your Final Request Not Matching With First Intentions Which Itself Not Clear What Are You Aiming At In 3rd Semister Level.
A Job?
A Working Exposure?
Job Profile? Admn Or Hr?
Total Confusion.
You Must Express Clearly What Are You Looking For A Job Profile Of Admn Or Hr For Preparing Application Or Your Desired Dream Job?

Mr Snowhite,
Its very simple take recommendation letter from your institute and request any of the organization to place you in for training in HR & Admn for practicle experience initially during 3rd semister.
Then use this experience to apply for employment.
I think you are clear this time as I have understood your problem.

Dear Frn,
Do follow the following steps.
- Prepare ur resume, such tat u r interested in HR generalist role.
- Get registered in naukri, monster and other job portals.
- Try to attend few interviews, whch gives u good exposure.
- If not getting in to corporate set up, juz get in to any consultancy n start ur career as recruiter.
- At the end of ur MBA dont be idle, juz get in to some consultancy. ur days gets counted imm after ur MBA.
My suggestion is do try maximum to get in to corporate setup. If u want anymore clarification, do post me.
