But i need to close around 50 positions in next 45 days....m definitely ciruclating these openings thru our referral scheme.
But need ur suggestion how can i make the reward factor more attractive which vl help me in getting d max quality and quick responses.
Hoping for the quick responses from u all.

Hi Sandy

You can raise the referral benefit to a much higher amount. That would not be a loss to company for if we are recruiting a candidate through HR Consultancies we need to pay at least 8.33% of their annual CTC. That would be a huge amount higher than we pay to our staff for referral.

Other wise you can desing in another way like you can give a referral benefit of 5000 rupees as soon as the selected person has joined the company and 5000 after the completion of the person's completion of 6 months in the company. So that you can assure the consistancy of the staff. Any how the person who referred the candidate would insist on the newly joined to stay with that company for quite some time.

Or you can fix some other benefits. Since it is a marketing job, you can fix some monitory benefits like giving a share of the newly recruited person to the person who referred it for a period of six months. But that should not be a demotivating factor for the new employee.

Of course there is a chance that the people who are recruited through referrals would stay in the company for long, as long as the person who referred the new one to the company stays with the company.

All the best Sandy, Devise your plans,

Regards
