I have been a trainer for the last 8 years, in addition to the initial 6 years of my career that I spent in HR related areas.
I have trained more than 35000 participants on Analytical / Logical / Critical and Creative Thinking Skills till now through various modules and workshops. All training modules that I deliver consist of Pre-Training Assessment, followed by training delivery and Post-Training Assessment. Not more than 20% of the module time is spent on lectures / presentations and 80% of the time is actually spent on participative activities that are focussed on facilitating the participants in equipping themselves with the desired knowledge, skills and abilities through experiential learning.
I am a DISC certified behavioural analyst as well as an Accredited MBTI Qualified Practitioner. I use scientifically validated and reliable assessment tools as part of the training modules that I deliver. I am well versed with the Theory of Multiple Intelligences proposed by Howard Gardiner, which is the base for classification of most of the abilities / intelligences and am also acquainted with Bloom's Taxonomy in addition to the Item Response Theory, which is today widely used for most computer based assessments for all abilities including analytical ability.
