Greetings Everyone,

Writing this on behalf of my father, who was earlier working for a factory which was closed 10 years ago.

My father applied for the pension and PF amount using scheme certificate.

We received a SMS the amount will be dispatched shortly. However as on 9.21 dad received a call stating his DOB isn't matching with the proof of documents submitted.

This was a fault from the old companies end where they entered wrong DOB of birth.

Since there is a error in DOB the application is rejected.

Could anyone suggest what action needs to be done to rectify the DOB in scheme certificate?

as per my Knowledge if you have valid DOB Proof like ( School Certificate, Birth certificate & passport)
then you fill Joint Declaration Form attached AAdhar, Pan & DOB Prof with your signature & any of Govt. Gazetted officer signature( Stamp) & Submit EPFO office
