My application for Pension Fund withdrawal was rejected, stating that I should apply for a scheme certificate. I had completed 10 years in the organization before I resigned. Currently, I am not employed, and I am 53 years old. Along with Form 10C, I believe I need to provide proof of family members' ages and addresses. What documents are acceptable as proof for this? Would passport pages for each of them suffice?

Eligibility for Pension and Scheme Certificate
For those who have completed 9 years and six months, they are eligible for a pension. Accordingly, the withdrawal benefit is not applicable. Hence, a scheme certificate is advisable.
If you are no longer in service, you can still apply for a pension. However, for each year below the age of 58 years, 4% will be deducted from the pensionable amount.
