Hi. Ashu.
In your company where you get the salary in cash , when they pay you the HR person of that company take your sign with revenue stamp. So, you show that in your current company and Try to explain them.

If it was paid in cash and not through bank/ online, then it is difficult to prove the quantum of salary. This situation becomes difficult in absence of salary slip too.
Try to find any other documents i.e. offer letter, appointment letter etc. which declares your salary. If there is none, it is difficult to prove.

Whether you get salary by cash or cheque, asking for a salary slip is not an issue. It is the normal practice where the joining companies asks for salary slip. If u are getting salary without any documentary evidence, then it difficult for u to join new company.
