Hi Forum,
I just wanted to know what are the advantages of outsourcing the Payroll system to 3rd Party Consultancy. Also pls let me know what is more beneficial in terms or cost and time >> Using In-house Payroll software OR Outsourcing Payroll to Consultancy ??

Hi,
We are also outsourcing some positions to 3rd party consultancy.
The advantages which we faced are
1. Time can be saved - for their salary process
2. Documentation is done at consultancy
3. No direct liability on organisation
4. not mandatary to give certian percentage of increment which we have to give to payroll employees
5. Saved from all stautory audits/records - PF, ESIC, etc.
