Dear All,
I worked with an organisationfrom June 2008 to 25th May 2009 and i cleared exit way from the company and according to rules & regulation of the company with one month notice.
I sent to him my EPF withdrawal form No. 19 and 10c with Rgd post No.-3028 dated 23/9/2009 for signature and submission to concern Employee Provident Fund Authority office. but they are not signing on my EPF Form n.19 and 10 c.
I have called him regularlly and sent to him mail several time and i got a response that the form is unsigned till now.
Kindly suggest me in this stitution what to do?

Hi Alok & Chethan Ask them the reason for not signing your forms. Its their duty to sign on those forms. If not you can even transfer your PF amount to the current PF Account. Jeeva

Dear Alok & Chetan Forward your Forms to the EPF enforcement officer with application that the company authorities are not signing the epf forms. visit epf office.

Dear Sir
if the Employer not willing to sign your 19c and 10c settlement forms for their any of their own reasons, you can download the 19c, 10c and 10d forms from website or get the signature directly form any of the the local gazetted authority/officer(from ward member to municipal chairman, MLA and mp level and other officials) and sent it to Reginal PF Office. Other wise you can just get in touch with the Local PF Enforcement officer in this regards. He will assist you in this regard.

Dear,
If at all you find it difficult to get signature by your employer you can also get it attested by the MP or Bank manager of your bank or by any gazetted officer telling them the genuie reason and furnishing the evidances.

Pl.do not worry. You can also get the signature from the Bank manager where you are maintaining your accounts. I herewith attach the details given by the EPF for your information.
19) What is the procedure to be followed by the member if the employer is not attesting his claim forms?
It is the duty of the employer under the Act & Scheme to help Employees' Provident Fund organisation to settle the Provident Fund dues of his employees. He has to complete the prescribed application within 5 days of receipt [para72(5)] forms & hand over it to the member when he leaves the service. When a member finds difficult to get the form attested by the employer, he can get the attestation of any of the following officer & send to the Provident Fund office
1. Manager of a bank.
2. By any gazetted officer.
3. Member of the Central Board of Trustees./ committee/ Regional Committee (Employees'
Provident Fund Organization).
4. Magistrate/ Post/ Sub Post Master/ President of Village Panchayat/ Notary Public.
