i am doing my summer internship in kelly services staffing domain i am doing my project on the staffing work of kelly services ..main area of my work is

searching candidates
placing them
now i cant decide the topic for this type of outsourcing staffing project .
at first instance i thought it could be recruitment and selection but that is montonous for any company as the project is of staffing tell me gud
names of topic that matches this real work .

You could try some names such as "interview and selection techniques for appropriate staffing" or " A study on Lead time between Requirement Gathering and Staffing Suitable Manpower" or " Analysis of the Costing of Proper Staffing" or "Methods of Effective Sourcing of Manpower in IT /ITES (any industry)" etc.
