To all HR in Dubai
Our company is planning to implement sick leave policy for this year. In order to proceed with it , I’m presently researching on the sick leave policy followed by different MNCs.
We are also aware of the sick leave policy as per UAE Labour Law . However , it would really grateful if you could share your ideas on the same.
P.S - While replying request you to put in your signature and contact number. This would be very helpful.
Thanks & Regards,

· Sick leave payment as per the Article 83, U. A. E. Labour Laws.
· If sick leave is more then two days, it should be supported by medical Certificate and Fitness certificate of a Qualified Doctor or Registered Medical Practitioner.
