That is really comprehensive!! Kudos to you :)
Are you going to be training people as well on communication skills? In which case, my suggestion would be to do it in bits....focussing on one or two aspects, given by you in manual, at one time. Else it becomes way too much to grasp in one training, especially if you are including basics of English grammar.
I teach English to some of our employees here.....and it is a Herculean task!!
Also, think you should probably add "Accent" to the training! What do you think?
Btw....would really love to know about the role-plays used by you as well. The manual index mentions them, but there is no elaboration on it anywhere.
But again, the manual is really comprehensive and very informative! Keep up the awesome work and keep sharing :)
