I am 38 year old full time working finance professional but do no have any master's degree in finance area. It is becoming a hurdle in my carrier growth now, please advise what's the rapid and dynamic course I should do in finance area which will help even if I look for a change.

Hello, You can persue a post graduate Diploma in finance OR you can go for a executive MBA in finance . Experience can not be a substitute for any degree . Regards Rajeev Dixit

Considering your age and experience, I would like to suggest that you do a professional course.
C.A. or ICWA would be time consuming.
Therefore, the next option would be Certified Management Accountant course which is well recognized by most of the MNCs operating in India.
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is another option but would be more time consuming than CMA.
For CMA, there are several coaching centres all over India which you can check on the web.
It should also be possible for you to get some exemptions based on your present educational qualification and experience.

I have come across similar cases who have very good experience but lack in the Academic Degree. This as you grow shall become obstacle and stop th growth.
I suggest you go ahead and pursue a PG Diploma Course in Finance which shall be of Year Duration or pursue PG in Finance by taking time.
