I am an HR professional from Kolkata working for the last 7 years in this field without any formal degree in HR. Now I want to shift my focus a bit to industrial psychology/counseling and for that, I need to study psychology. Can anyone suggest/advise/guide me regarding where can I join for this course? If any online course is available on Industrial psychology or from where I can do a regular course on the same.

You said you have no formal degree in HR. I presume that you are a graduate.
After graduation you can go for masters degree such as MA in Psychology, M.Sc. in Psychology. There are many other master degree courses or post graduate diploma courses having the subject of Psychology or Industrial Psychology or Industrial & Organisation Psychology by various institutes and universities in India and abroad. You have to spend minimum two years for this.
There are some short term courses on Industrial & Organisation Psychology by private individuals but not worth.
Approach nearby University or do google search.
