I need guidance from all of you regarding competency assessment. We have finalized the competency mapping of required roles for our employees. Now, we need to assess these competencies for the existing roles. We would like our HR personnel to undergo the necessary training and then conduct the assessments for our employees.
Can anyone suggest agencies that provide training for conducting assessments using the required tools? What would be the cost incurred for training one person?
