Staggered - means not on specific date, but in different date or time, . Example : Weekly offs generally given on Sunday, but in case of staggered , any day other than Sunday. Some employees work other than general shifts generally follow staggered offs.
Comp off : Alternative date or compensating the work or actions. Example : If someone worked on his off day or holidays, he or she should be provided another day offs or to be compensated via salary with double pay.
