You need to have a PAN no. along with it.
2. The consultancy could be of any type - Private Limited, Proprietor, Partnership, etc. Take the help of any good practicing Lawyer in this regard.
3. Job portal access.
4. General charge per candidate from a minimum of 8.33% of ctc or more as your agreement with the client may be.
5. You can operate online or but if you are doing mass or group recruitment, then you need to have an office.
6. At the end of each year you need to file for IT return.
