Dear Team, I recently started working for a BPO project. I am working as an IT recruiter in most of my career. Now BPO hiring is new for me. Also, my company is located in Tier-3 city (small city) near Central India. I am facing problems in getting right candidate in this location as client expectation is for best resources here. I am using general hiring tools like job portals & newspaper ads. But still looking for best tool or medium that can help me in getting the agents. How can I improve me hiring skills to close BPO position. Looking for advice from HR experts like you all.
