Hi, I have around 20 months of experience in recruitment. For the first 10 months, I was involved in power sector infrastructure and construction industry recruitment, and for the last 10 months, I have been focusing on international BPO recruitment. I generally enjoy recruitment, but I do not particularly like BPO recruitment. I often feel tired when following up with candidates over the phone. I am interested in learning new technologies in recruitment, but I am unsure of where to begin.
